Payment: Payments can be made via credit card (a 3% convenience fee applies) or wire transfer. Items will not be released for pickup until full payment is received and confirmed by us.

Asset Collection: Winning bidders are required to schedule their pickup by filling out the Asset Collection Request Form available at https://secondbloomauctions.com/asset-collection-request-form. Collection is to be done within regular business hours at:

Auction Timeline:

  • July 10th: Auction concludes
  • July 11th – August 2nd (Monday through Friday Only): Equipment pickup and post-auction activities
  • August 5th – November 1st (Monday through Friday Only): Greenhouse Structure Removal

Item Removal: Bidders are responsible for the safe and professional removal of their items. Any damages caused to the premises during removal must be rectified to the satisfaction of the property owners.

Risk and Liability: All risks and liabilities related to the removal process are assumed by the winning bidder post-payment. Neither the auction company nor the property owners will be held responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries occurring during the removal phase.

Final Sale: All sales are considered final once the auction closes on July 1st. Winning bidders are contractually obligated to complete their purchases.

Auctioneer’s Rights: The auction house retains the right to modify, extend, or cancel auction items or times, and to ban or limit participants for any breach of the terms and conditions.

Failure-to-Pick-Up Policy: A daily fee of $100 will be charged for items not picked up within the specified period. Continued non-compliance may result in the bidder being banned from future auctions and/or legal proceedings for recovery of any accrued fees.
